Q1. I did not received the USB receiver ?
A1. The USB receiver is put in the battery box, please check it first. If you still can not find it, contact us for help.
Q2. After I turn on the mouse, the red light flash and off ?
A2. Please put USB receiver in computer when you text the mouse. Because only when mouse matched the USB receiver, it will work.
Q3. USB put, red light ON, but it does not work on computer ?
A3. Please try to put the USB on another USB port , it is better try on another computer to confirm is the problem on the mouse, or the problem on incompatible. If you need help, please contact us.
Q4. What is the difference between Sound and Silent ?
A4. Silent version is mute version, it does not have sound when you press left and right button.

How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

What about customs?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.
